SHIPPING INFO
Your order will be shipped via USPS First Class unless you select an alternative. If you have any questions about your order please email customerservice@asherahswimwear.com
We ship orders to all US states and territories, APO/FPO addresses and to select international countries. Orders shipped to PO boxes, APO/FPO, Alaska, Hawaii and US territories cannot be expedited.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING TERMS & CONDITIONS
Asherah Swimwear ships to most international destinations. Please note that international orders cannot be returned for any reason.
Items in your order that are designated for shipment to countries outside of the U.S. may be subject to taxes, brokerage fees, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country ("Import Fees"). The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees. Import Fees may include the following charges:
Duties: the amount charged by the country for an individual item
Freight: transportation costs incurred by the carrier
Insurance: the amount for insuring the package
Taxes: the Value Added Tax (VAT) charged by the country
Brokerage: the amount charged by the broker to clear customs
Disbursement: the amount the carrier charges to disburse the costs to the country
Other Fee(s): the transaction fee and any additional costs that may be incurred (e.g., rural-area charges, extra fees for a particular country, etc.)
If you refuse a shipment from Swim Koko or a shipment is undeliverable, you are still responsible for the cost of the merchandise, the original shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Asherah Swimwear. RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY/STORE CREDIT
We will not accept returns for refunds. Exchanges only. If there is a price difference involved with your exchange, A store credit will be issued via email. The store credit will never expire. Redeem your store credit online at checkout in the gift card section.
We will gladly exchange unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise purchased on www.swimkoko.com. All swimwear must be returned in its original packaging, all tags must be attached and sanitary liner in place. Exchanges must be received within 7 days of delivery. No exchanges will be accepted after 7 days. Please note that we do not issue prepaid return shipping labels, and you will be responsible for all return shipping fees. We do not accept and will not process international returns.
All Sale or Clearance items, including items purchased using a promo code are FINAL SALE, no returns or exchanges. No Exceptions.
A store credit will be issued for any uneven exchanges. If you requested an item for exchange that we no longer have available, we’ll issue you a store credit. If this should happen, you’ll receive a return email to notify you about the availability.
1) Exchanges are accepted for items of an any value. If the piece you wish to exchange is of a higher value the customer will be responsible for the difference, we will email or call you for the payment. If the price of the piece you wish to exchange is of lower value the remaining balance will be turned into a store credit and CAN NOT be used towards shipping.
2) If there is nothing on our website that you wish to exchange your item for at this time, you may opt for a store credit. The store credit will not include the shipping cost. All return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer. NO EXCEPTIONS.
All purchases include a return form. Please fill out the form in its entirety. We will attempt to resolve incomplete exchange forms. If we don't hear back from the customer after 3 attempts (phone calls and/or emails) a store credit will automatically be issued.
HOW TO EXCHANGE MERCHANDISE
We want to give you a hassle-free way to return anything, so you can exchange any unworn, unwashed item to us within 7 days of receiving your original order. Just fill out the Exchange Form enclosed with your order and ship back to us via the postal service of your choice.
The parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives with us, remember to ask for proof of postage, so if your parcel goes missing in the mail, you’ll have proof you’ve sent it.
Make sure the exchange form is filled out with your order number and placed in your parcel - we can't process your exchange without these details. Exchanges can take up to 10 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) to arrive at our warehouse.
We try hard to accept all exchanges, In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES
Once items are shipped it is the responsibility of the postal service to ensure packages are delivered. No refunds will be issued for lost packages. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you have not received it, please contact USPS at 1 (800) 275-8777 or FedEx at 1-800-463-3339 to file a Claim for the missing shipment.
