PRE-ORDER

Items listed as 'PRE-ORDER' require a longer processing time and are shipped at a later date than usual. Shipping dates are stated in the product description and vary between items. Orders that include Pre-Order and non Pre-Order items will be shipped at the same time, unless other arrangements are made. Pre-Order purchases cannot be cancelled.

CUSTOMER SERVICE

Our customer service office hours are Monday through Friday from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m Central Standard Time. We're closed on Saturday, Sunday and Holidays. Any calls, emails or messages received outside of operating hours will receive a response the following business day.

CHANGE/CANCEL ORDER

Please email us at swimkokoofficial@gmail.com immediately after placing your order to make any changes. There may be some instances where we are unable to modify your order, we apologize for any inconvenience and will do our best to assist you. Pre-Order purchases cannot be cancelled. All Gift Cards are FINAL SALE as well as purchases made using a gift card.

SALE PRICE POLICY

The price shown on the website at the time of purchase is the final purchase price, no exceptions. If the price of an item has changed since you purchased that item(s), the new prices are not able to be transferred to any previous orders. We do not offer price adjustments. Also note that All Sale or Clearance Items, including items purchased using a Promo Code are FINAL SALE. No Returns or Exchanges.

PROMO CODES

On the checkout page, you may enter valid promo codes. Swim Koko promo codes are case sensitive so please be sure you are entering them correctly. After you have applied your promo code, please make sure you see the code applied to your order in the Order Review section before proceeding to checkout. Only one promotional code can be used per order. After an offer has expired, we are unable to honor the promotion on future orders. Additionally current promotions are unable to be applied to previous purchases. If you are exchanging items that you used a discount code on, we will apply the original code on the exchange order, but only for an equal number of items.

GIFT CARDS

When Will I Receive My Digital Gift Card?

swimkokoofficial.com digital gift cards should arrive via email by the next business day. Some exceptions apply. All orders are subject to a verification process. Any information submitted that does not verify with a customer's financial institution may cause a delay.

AsherahSwimwear.com is not responsible for digital gift cards that are undeliverable because of an inaccurate email address. Please make sure the email address is correct.

The digital gift card will be shipped to the purchaser who will be responsible for forwarding it to the proper email or printing and gifting the card.

Should an email be returned due to inaccurate delivery information, swimkokoofficial.com will contact the purchaser for a correct email address.

Swim Koko reserves the right to refuse, cancel or hold for review gift cards and orders for suspected fraud, for cards mistakenly issued in an incorrect denomination, or for other violations of gift card policies.

If the gift card still hasn't arrived, it's likely due to one of the following reasons:

  • Spam filter blocked email or routed it to a bulk/spam folder

  • Recipient's firewall blocked the email

  • Email inbox exceeds size limit

  • Invalid email address

Digital Gift Card Terms & Conditions

All purchases made with a gift card are FINAL SALE.

After entering your gift card during checkout, the balance will immediately be deducted from the order total. If your order total exceeds the amount on your gift card, you can pay the remainder with a credit or debit card, PayPal account, or additional gift card(s).

Gift cards don't expire or decrease in value if unused. Gift cards can't be returned or cancelled after purchase.

Any remaining balance on the gift card after purchase can be used for future purchases. Balances can't be redeemed or exchanged for cash.

Gift cards can't be replaced if lost or stolen. Treat gift cards like cash.

UNAVAILABLE SIZES

When a certain size or color option does not show up in the drop down menu, it means that we are sold out of that specific selection. We pride ourselves on keeping everything fresh by producing a new collection every year. We construct limited quantities of every collection, after the product is sold out we will generally not reproduce it. If you do not see the size you are looking for at this time, please check back frequently or email us at swimkokoofficial@gmail.com

DAMAGES

Swim Koko guarantees its clothing to be free from damage for the first 30 days from date of order as long as you follow our care instructions. Our suits are very delicate and experience normal "wear and tear" over time. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 5 days of receiving your merchandise and we will happily exchange the unwashed/unworn item for the same item at no cost.
